Veronica Hare

Veronica is a 500hr registered yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance International) trained in various styles including hatha, vinyasa, yin and yoga nidra. She also teaches therapeutic practices including yoga for people effected by cancer, yoga & somatics and restorative yoga.

Veronica has practiced yoga for over 15 years. She was led to yoga teaching after her yoga practice supported her through a particularly difficult period of her life; losing her Mum to cancer in 2019 followed by the world-shaking lockdowns of Covid-19.

In late 2020, Veronica embarked on her first yoga teacher training. Her desire was to help people approach their physical and mental well-being holistically. Having worked in a variety of demanding and hectic work environments, she wanted to offer people yoga as a support alongside the demanding lifestyles of the modern world. She also saw a need for students to feel empowered in their yoga practice, and aimed to offer classes that are accessible and uplifting for all. Her classes now provide a balance between strength, flexibility, restoration and relaxation.

Veronica has a varied professional background; she has travelled around the world as an actress and stage combatant. She also used to work as a specialist Philosophy, Ethics and Psychology teacher in UK Secondary Schools. Now, alongside yoga teaching, Veronica works in Development, focusing on addressing global issues of Gender and Diversity inequality. She brings her knowledge and experience from across these mixed disciplines to help demonstrate that life is full of opportunities to grow and think outside the box.
